Dies sind Spielzeuhandschellen, die schon richtig funktionieren bei denen aber ein Hebel an der Außenseite vorhanden ist, um sie auch ohne Schlüssel öffen zu können. Es gibt richtige Handschellen aus Plastik, die alles andere als Spielzeug sind, aber auch Handschellen zum Zuklipsen, die nun wirkliches Spielzeug sind.

These are toy cuffs which actually do work properly but which feature a lever at the outside so one can also open them without a key. There are real handcuffs made from plastic which are no toy at all and also cuffs to clip shut which are as much of a toy as one can wish.
