Diese Billigteile gibt es mit auch mit Lösehebel an der Außenseite wie auf dem rechten Bild; diese werden als Spielzeug verkauft. Zum richtigen Gebrauch eine brauchbare Handschelle mit Zahnrad oder eine simple Handschelle, aber als Spielzeug dann doch eher Ringe aus Gummi.

Cheap stuff, also sold with a release lever on the outside as seen on the right photo; this variation is marketed as toy. For proper use better use handcuffs with star wheel which are ok or simple handcuffs, but as a playing toy even rubber rings area better choice.
