The Chubb Escort handcuff is a high security model from England which prison services
like to use for escorting prisoners. There is some similarity to a padlock,
but one needs the key for both locking and unlocking.
For smaller wrists there have been additional inserts to reduce the inner space of the cuffs. There is a new high security range from Clejuso including leg irons, the rounded feature can also be found with an old GDR model and this version of the Chubb Escort shares the fate with some very old manacles of being no longer manufactured. |
