Hier hat man - um es mal ganz einfach auszudrücken - zwei der
leichten alten Clejuso Handschellen zusammen montiert.
Das Ergebnis ist ein sehr schönes Sicherheitsmodell,
das man sogar Arretieren kann, indem man den Schlüssel einmal
komplett entgegen der Aufsperr-Richtung dreht.
In einen Bügel wurde nachträglich "F4" und "654" gestanzt,
was wohl wieder einmal Hinweise auf die Dienststelle sind.

To express it in simple terms, two old light Clejuso handcuff parts
have been assembled on top of each other, resulting in a very nice
security version. One can even double lock it by turning the key
one full turn against the unlocking sense. One bow has been stamped
"F4" and "654" after delivery, probably indicating the police station.
