Hier ist ein Bügel offen.
Das Nachfolgemodell hat durchschwingende Bügel, ist aber lange nicht so bequem. Dafür waren zu jener Zeit die bequemen Darby Schellen in der Größe nicht verstellbar. |

A pair of hinged cuffs where the locking bow does not swing through.
It has to be opened with the key before being applied.
Here one bow is unlocked and open.
The successor model has swing-through bows but distinctively lacks in comfort. However, in these times the comfortable Darbies were not adjustable in size. |
